I own and am in process of testing the EFR 9180. While the  Jan 29, 2014 On our Dyno-Dynamics dyno at 3500+ ft above sea level it still engine is going to be built around a Twin-Scroll Borg Warner 9180 EFR turbo,  EFR (Engineered For Racing) and AirWerks Turbochargers.

I'm looking at then using this same setup to test a 8474 to see if the front end can produce 9180 like flow. Then also looking at testing a 9280, to see how it compares against a 9180. With the 1.45 A/R, the 2j might benefit more of the reduced EBP over the smaller displacement cars we've seen the EFR 9180 with so far. But it's true that the turbine shaft speed should still must be managed however, and have a little headroom for boost leaks and such to not overspin it for longevity's sake over a pretty peak number on a dyno sheet, IMO. Hope to have some dyno numbers and track times with the spool flange! As far as comparing the 366 to a s400 based compressor if you can tolerate a little hit on spool (100-200rpm) the power will be around 100-150hp better for the 67 (9180, s400) in my guess.
